The software having been designed keeping the entire recruitment process in mind, has set controls at every stage and hence provide me the manual controls that i may need should there be non compliance to the process.

The best part of the software is it allows me to customize the weight age given to feature / parameter so as to be able to compare candidates on aspects such as the rating of the institute the candidate is from, the entire history of the candidates cv such as the first assignment we approached the person for, the result and feedback in that case etc.

We are using the ONLINE deployment model. We are extremely pleased with the application performance over a basic broadband connection. The server downtime is bare minimum and whenever there is any maintenance activity planned, we always get a timely notification about it.

SkillPoint has equipped ThinkLink with the right recruitment process and technology to help us manage and track end-to-end hiring process.
